Precision Family Eye Care bought an historic downtown building in Johnstown, CO to relocate their Optometry practice. Having been members of this community for over a decade, they wanted to play a part in enhancing the charm of this little town. Our team was tasked to design an eye clinic, showing a more modern aesthetic within an historic space.

The design concept was focused on the retail area and highlighting the existing structure of the exposed wood ceilings. Old meets new. Modern and timeless. All new windows were designed throughout the building. Replacing the old block windows in the front of the building and replacing them with larger clear glass, floods the retail area with natural light. The use of light color materials, medium wood tones and metal accents help highlight the custom eye display cases and provide a charming and calm environment for patients and staff.
