OUR ART CONSULTING PROCESS

Our art curation process is a collaborative one;
We optioneer art that fits your needs and let you choose the pieces you love.

For each project, our team spends time getting to know you, your space, the user in the space, and all the parameters that influence your needs.

We manage all aspects of the project from beginning to end to ensure a quality result.

  1. Discovery: This phase is all about getting to know you and your needs in order to find the right art for your project. We’ll review a wide range of images to narrow down your aesthetic, review floor plans, discuss budget (or help create one), and go over project logisitcs.
  2. Image Presentation / Concept Development: We continue collaboration by pulling art options that fit your needs and let you choose the pieces you love. If we are creating a custom solution for you, we’ll present and discuss options and materials. We go the extra mile to ensure that you understand the pieces you are selecting.
  3. Art Plan / Content Development: We get detailed, securing the locations of the selected artworks and finalizing design features.
  4. Production: We shift our collaboration to include artists and start procuring your selected art, commissioning any custom pieces, and start preparing for installation.
  5. Installation: We manage all aspects of the project from beginning to end to ensure a quality result – including installation. We work with a national team of installers who have extended experience installing art in healthcare settings. A member (or more) of our team will always be on-site to oversee and assist. We can also coordinate any post production product needed (past requests have been a catalog, art tags, tours, etc).
OUR MISSION

What We’re All About

Building Relationships.

Art can transform an environment. Our job is to understand you, and your needs and find the right art for your project.
Are you looking to create a healing environment for patients? Do you want to show your clients that you care about them by creating an exceptional space? This is about you: Your needs, your aesthetic, your budget. Just like people, every project is unique. We manage all aspects of the project from beginning to end to ensure a quality result.

Creating Environments.

Selecting art is a process of getting to know you, understanding your space and how it is used, and helping you create an appropriate budget to accomplish your goals.
By using a variety of methods, we will help you clarify your direction and style. We pull art that fits your needs and let you choose the pieces you love. We can also help with production and framing if that is part of the project. We will coordinate installation and any post production product needed (some clients want a catalog, tags, tours, etc). Finding art is fun. Let’s work together to create the perfect package for your space.

Staying Passionate.

We love what we do and it shows in our projects.
We are passionate about art and are always meeting artists, visiting studios and going to galleries. Our work is only as strong as the art we are seeing.
