The Mayo Clinic undertook this project to fit out a space for its Level II newborn healthcare facility, upgrading from the traditional model of the single open-room nursery to private patient rooms. This fit-out includes 17 single patient rooms, one twins patient room, and one triplets patient room. The project links private patient rooms, adjacent nurse stations, and many amenities along a "garden path", taking the theme of a "Discovery Flower Garden".
